Zone 1:
1) Christ: before Pilate -- Christ, crossed nimbus, wrists bound, stands with two soldiers and priest before Pilate, crowned, enthroned.
Scene caption, inscribed HAEC EST ULTIMA SENTENTIA.
2) Christ: bearing Cross -- Christ, crossed nimbus, bleeding from wounds in arm, wearing decorated red robes, looks back at four soldiers and carries cross whose arm is steadied by male figure.
Scene caption, inscribed QUOMODO PORTABAT CRUCEM.
Zone 2:
3) Gestas: bearing Cross, and Dysmas: bearing Cross -- Two thieves, Gestas and Dysmas, both barefoot, ropes tied around necks, carry crosses, while being escorted by two soldiers. Man carries ladder.
Scene caption, inscribed QUOMODO LATRONES PORTENT SUA PATIBULA.
4) Simon of Cyrene: bearing Cross -- Simon of Cyrene, carrying cross, is flanked by soldiers, one of whom steadies arm. Two holy women, nimbed, veiled, kneel at his feet and look toward Christ, cross-nimbed, wearing decorated red robes, wrists bound, rope held by male figure.
