His arms are extended toward draped hands of Simeon of Jerusalem, wearing bishop's miter, standing next to altar. Woman wearing headdress stands behind Virgin Mary; two men, wearing hats, flank Simeon.

Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament, in grisaille with color detail, inhabited by bird.
