Livres des Merveilles du Monde: Scene, Bohemia -- To left, huntsman, wearing feathered hat and suit of armor, is mounted on bridled and saddled horse, his feet with spurs in stirrups, with right hand holds spear and with left hand holds horn to mouth behind three dogs (of which two are greyhounds). To right, fantastic horned animal with dewlap beneath chin, sprays water from mouth onto the foremost dogs. Scene in landscape with trees in background. Initial B of Boemia decorated with foliate ornament. Miniature for Livre de Merveilles du Monde for Bohemia (Czech Republic).
