Christ: before Pilate -- Pilate, wearing hat and ermine-collared mantle, sits on canopied throne and holds rod or scepter (?) in right hand. Flanking the throne are two men wearing hats to left, and to right, Christ, with crossed rays as nimbus, flanked by man, holding hat in left hand, with saber sheathed at waist, and by helmeted soldiers with spears or halberd. Scene in room with lancet windows and stone floor.
Margins with dianthus flowers and bird.
