Donor, wearing pointed headdress, with joined hands raised, kneels to side of Christ Child, nimbed, standing on knee of Virgin Mary, crossed (?) nimbus, holding Him with both hands, seated on bench.
Initial O decorated with animal mask and foliate ornament.
Margins decorated with foliate ornament on rectilinear bars inhabited by fantastic animals.
