Christ: Presentation -- Simeon of Jerusalem, nimbed, wearing cope, stands behind draped altar and extends draped hands toward Christ Child, nude, with crossed nimbus, held by Virgin Mary, nimbed. Behind them stand Joseph the Carpenter, with joined hands raised, veiled woman, with joined hands raised, and Prophetess Anna, wearing turban, holding lighted candle in right hand and basket with two doves in left hand. Scene in temple with marble walls and floor, possibly beneath architectural canopy.
Margins with floreate and vinescroll ornament, inhabited by monstrous hybrid woman (?), with no arms, wearing pointed cap.
