Psalm 038 (Vulg., 037)
David: sending Uriah to Joab -- David, crowned, wearing ermine collar, seated on canopied throne, holds letter with pseudo-inscriptions in right hand. Three male figures, wearing hats, stand beside him; one figure crosses arms. Uriah the Hittite, in armor, kneeling on one knee before David, extends right hand and holds hilt of sheathed sword in left hand. Two soldiers, one holding spear, stand behind him. Scene occurs within room, including window with view of landscape.
