Two scenes within architectural setting divided by column surmounted by statuette of female figure:
1) Christina of Bolsena: in Temple of Apollo -- Within Temple of Apollo, Christina of Bolsena, nimbed, partially nude, surrounded by four soldiers, wearing armor, including one man holding scourge, and a fifth man, kneeling, stands before two columns surmounted by falling idols.
2) Christina of Bolsena: Martyrdom -- Within second room, Christina, nimbed, falling into arms of soldier standing beside two other men, is pierced with arrows shot by Julianus.
Landscape is visible beyond open windows of room.
