Margin, left: Christ: teaching -- Christ, cross-nimbed, gesturing toward two kneeling saints, nimbed, the foremost with joined hands raised. Initials C, enclosing heads of men, wearing hats. Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration, inhabited by half figures of cleric and prophet, holding blank scroll, both emerging from clouds (left); and two men, one wearing cap, and the other wearing conical hat (upper and lower left); bearded man amid foliage (lower).
