David, crowned, holding scroll inscribed TU MANDISTA MANDATA TUA CUSTODIRI NIMIS, with harp, stands before prie-dieu with carved ornament, at which kneels donor, possibly Henry VII of England, with joined hands raised and with scroll inscribed TUNC NON CONFUNDAR CUM PERSPEXERO IN MANDATIS. Above is God, with rays as nimbus, wearing triple-crown papal tiara and cope, with right hand raised in blessing and holding cross-surmounted tripartite globe in left hand, with scroll inscribed SI VIS AD VITAM INGREDI SERUA MANDATA, surrounded by seraphim in arc of heaven, emanating rays. Scene in landscape with building, possibly church, with domed tower.
Margins with floreate and scroll ornament, inhabited by bird.
