Christ: Nativity -- Virgin Mary, right hand to face, reclines on draped bed with pillow, holding swaddled Christ Child with left arm at her left breast. Joseph the Carpenter is seated next to bed, hands crossed on lap or crutch. Ox and ass are in foreground. Two of four angels hovering above swing censers; one indicates Christ Child.
Clusters of leaves are at corners of miniature.
