Veronica of Rome, nimbed, wearing bejeweled hat, holds sudarium imprinted with head of Christ, nimbed, wearing crown of thorns, bleeding from wounds. Sudarium is inscribed SALUVE S(AN)C(T)A FACIES.
In background, wall with pilasters, lintel, surmounted by frieze with battle (?) scene.
