Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, crossed nimbus, wearing crown of thorns and short loincloth, is affixed with three nails to cross with titulus INRI. At left are Evangelist John grasping right shoulder of swooning Virgin Mary, veiled, her right hand on her breast. Both are nimbed. At right are small man, wearing hat, holding walking stick with right hand, his back turned to cross, and Longinus of Jerusalem, wearing hat, right hand indicating scroll inscribed UERE FILIUS DEI.
Scene in landscape with rocky outcrop, trees and hills in distance.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament, including footed vase and silver shield or lozenge.
