Christ: Presentation -- Simeon, nimbed, wearing miter, stands behind draped altar, holding with both hands nude Christ Child, nimbed and rays as cross nimbus, standing on the altar, arms extended toward Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, kneeling before the altar with joined hands raised. Beside her stands prophetess Anna, nimbed, holding candle with right hand and basket containing three doves (?) with left hand.
Scene in illusionistic vaulted building with background of vine scroll, all on grassy ground.
Miniature and text framed on three sides by rectilinear bars of gold decorated with vine scroll. Margins decorated with border of vine scroll.
