Virgin Mary: Coronation -- Angel with both hands places crown on head of Virgin Mary, nimbed, kneeling with joined hands raised before Christ, with crossed-nimbus, with right hand raised in blessing and holding globe in left hand on left knee, seated beneath canopy. In background behind low wall are angels. In foreground at right are clouds (of Heaven).
Margins with foliate and vinescroll ornament with lozenges. Margins inhabited by snail and winged fantastic animal.
