Innocent VI, inscribed DOMINUS STEPHANUS DEINDE INOCENTUS SEXTUS PAPA, wearing triple-crowned papal tiara, holds knife in raised right hand and keys in raised left hand. At his feet, wolf with open jaws, stands on hind legs, resting forepaws on crutch. Below text, motto of Pope Innocent VI, LUPUS HABITABIT CUM AGNO PARITERQUE CIBABIT. Folio numbered "XII" at upper margin.
