Roman de la Rose: Genius preaching Sermon -- Group of Personifications, including Wealth, holding pouch, God of Love (Eros), crowned, holding flaming torch and bow, False Seeming, Forced Abstinence and Chastity (?), as Dominican friar and nun, holding staffs, all before tonsured priest representing Personification of Genius, extending right hand and with left hand holding open book with pseudo-inscriptions, standing at draped lectern.
Scene in grassy garden before wall behind which are figure walking on path, buildings and hilly landscape.
