Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, nimbed, wearing short loin cloth and crown of thorns, bleeding from wounds, is affixed with three nails to cross with titulus inscribed INRI. Flanking the cross are Virgin Mary, nimbed, with hands crossed on her breast, and Evangelist John, nimbed, with hands clasped. In background are distant mountains.
Within initial D is unidentified escutcheon of arms (argent a rosette sable between S and P).
Margins with foliate ornament.
