Decorated initial D with ascender formed by fantastic animal with foliate tendrils, on which is man armed with sword and shield (buckler) attacking animal, in upper margin.
Line ending: bird pecking at protruding tongue of fox lying on its back (Bestiary: Fox feigning Death).
Line ending: escutcheon of azure, two axes addorsed argent.
Line ending: nude man, in jaws of fantastic animal, armed with sword, blowing horn, encountering nude man indicating hindquarters with right hand, holding stick in left hand, and looking back (Scene, Obscaena).
Line endings: foliate and geometric ornament.
