Month, Occupation: December -- In margins, pig is butchered by two men, one wearing hat, sitting on the pig, holding the head with left hand and cutting the pig's throat with knife in right hand, while second man, wearing hat and towel, holds pan below neck to catch blood. To left is woodpile, pitcher, and two children playing (?); to right is vat of blood (?) and two figures, one with staff. Scene within snow-covered town, with buildings, fence, and falling snow.
