Christ: bearing Cross -- Christ, nimbed, wearing crown of thorns, bears tau-cross on right shoulder. He is flanked by soldier, wearing armor, holding rope, and by man, wearing hat, supporting the cross. In background are Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, with hands clasped, holy woman, nimbed (only head visible), and soldiers, wearing armor, holding spears, halberds, and banner with inscription SP...RO.
