Christ: Presentation -- Prophetess Anna, wearing headdress, holds candle in left hand and basket with doves (?). Behind her is Joseph the Carpenter, and Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, with left hand raised and with right hand holding nude Christ Child, rays as nimbus. At right, behind draped altar are two men, wearing hats, one with hands raised. Knife on the altar (for circumcision). Scene in vaulted room with choir screen and canopy.
In illusionistic border are fly and flowers, including thistles and columbines.
