Confessio Amantis: Scene, Perseus defaming Demetrius to Philip V of Macedonia -- Philip, crowned, holding scepter with right hand and raising left hand, wearing fur lined cape, is seated on draped throne with canopy. Perseus, raising right hand, gesturing with left hand, wearing fur lined tunic, kneels on one knee before Philip (Demetrius not present). At left, looking in window is woman, wearing large turban type of headdress with jewel, resting right hand on window ledge. At right, three men, wearing hats, look through window, one resting right hand on window ledge, and another raising right hand and resting left hand on the ledge.
