Christ: Presentation -- Before round draped altar, Virgin Mary, nimbed, extends Christ Child, with rays as nimbus, partially swaddled, toward Simeon, with hands extended. To right of Virgin Mary stands Joseph the Carpenter, nimbed, holding lit candle in left hand. Behind Virgin Mary are two women, wearing headdresses, including Prophetess Anna, holding basket of doves, and the other holding lighted candle. Scene within temple interior.
