Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, rays as cross nimbus, with crown of thorns, wearing short loin cloth, is affixed with three nail to cross bearing titulus INRI. He is flanked by Virgin Mary, rays as nimbus, veiled, with joined hands, and by Evangelist John, rays as nimbus grasping mantle with right hand and raising left hand. Skull and long bone on ground at foot of cross.
Scene in landscape with stream, trees, and city in background.
Margins decorated with border of floreate and foliate ornament inhabited by man (?), head and body covered with mantle, possibly with joined hands, seated with book on lap.
