New Testament:
Christ: in Gethsemane -- Christ, mouth open, with joined hands, kneels before rocky outcrop on which is chalice. Apostle, nimbed, sits, backturned in foreground. At right Peter, nimbed, sits, right hand to face, holding sword with left hand; behind him is another apostle or woman, only partially visible, nimbed, head draped or veiled, draped hand to face. Fence with gate is in background.
Caption DER HERR BEGERET UND BET AM OLPERG SEINER H. VATTER UMB ABWENDUNG DES KELCHS MATTH. 26, LUC. 22 is above miniature.
Prophets:
At left, half-figure of Isaiah, indicating head with left hand hand, holding with right hand scroll with inscription cited as Isaiah 53; below, Zachariah, wearing hat, holding with both hands scroll with inscription cited as Zachariah 13.
At right, half-figure of Jeremiah, head draped holding with both hands scroll with inscription cited as Jeremiah (?) 1 below, half-figure of David, wearing hat holding with both hands scroll inscribed ANIMA MEA TURBATA EST UALDE (Psalm 006:04) and COR MEUM DERELIQUIT ME (Cited as Psalm 142, but is actually Psalm 037:11, variant.).
Old Testament:
1) David: Fetching of Ark -- Ark with pole along one side, rests on altar. David, crowned, with joined hands raised, kneels before the altar. Behind him is building or city with closed door, surmounted by crenellated wall behind which eight heads are visible.

2) Susanna: accused by Elders -- Daniel, name inscribed DANIEL, gesturing stands behind Susanna, veiled with wimple, head inclined, hands crossed on breast, kneeling before two elders. Foremost elder raises right hand over her head and grasps her left arm with his left hand. The other elder, wearing headgear, extends right hand toward Susanna, and raises left hand.
