Initial D, decorated with foliage, enclosing bust of nun (?), veiled, holding book with right hand, grasping side of the initial with left hand. Margins decorated with foliate ornament and gold balls; in center margin, woman wearing headdress, looking up toward the initial, indicating the text with raised right hand. Pen flourished initials. Text is collect for first Vespers on 8.15, feast of the Assumption of Virgin Mary.
