Enclosed in initial C, cleric (?), wearing gray hood and habit (?), gesturing with right hand, looking toward man wearing hat and fur collar, looking toward the initial C, standing in left margin. Margins decorated with foliate ornament, knot and gold balls. Pen flourished initials. Text is first lesson, first nocturn for Matins on 08.15, feast of Virgin Mary, Assumption.
