Christ: Deposition -- Man, reaching up with draped hands, supports body of Christ, rays as cross (?) nimbus, right arm hanging down, left hand and feet nailed to cross with titulus INRI. Nicodemus on ladder, leans over cross arm from behind, removing nail from His left hand with pincers. At left are two Holy Women (?), veiled, Evangelist John (?) and Virgin Mary, veiled. At right stands Joseph of Arimathea, wearing hat, looking up toward Christ. Skull and long bone are on ground at foot of cross.

Margins decorated with border of floreate and foliate ornament inhabited by half figure of man emerging from flower, wearing pointed hat, holding stem of flowers with both hands.
