Christ: Nativity -- Rays descend from starry sky toward Christ-Child, numbed, reclining on cloth on bed. He is flanked by Joseph, wearing hat, seated and resting head in crook of arm, and by Mary, nimbed, kneeling with joined hands raised. Figures are all beneath roof of shed.
In background is waddle fence, behind which are ox and ass, and wall, behind which are two shepherds with joined hands raised, one holding bagpipe.
Margins decorated with floreate border including roses and cornflowers.
