Within room, Evangelist Mark, nimbed, is seated on bench with open book on lap. With his right hand, he dips pen into inkpot, held in his left hand. Lion lies on ground at his feet.
Christ: Ascension -- On far wall of room is painting, flanked by two decorative columns, depicting Christ's Ascension, in which Virgin Mary and Apostles, hands joined, kneel below Christ, disappearing above. Only His feet are visible.
