Within initial C, of two tonsured clerics standing before lectern, the foremost grasps with left hand, left side of book, indicating it with right hand. In lower margin, winged fantastic animal, body terminating in foliate ornament, bites the initial. Pen-flourished initials. Text is Psalm 98 (Vulg., 97).
