Scene in landscape with trees and city buildings in background. Illustration for possibly First Nocturn and First Lesson of Matins on Friday in the Third Week of November. Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration, including strawberry, inhabited by half figures of two prophets, wearing draped headgear, emerging from cloudy arcs, holding scrolls inscribed ASSUR NOS and RECTE UIE DOMINI ET (left).
