Virgin Mary: Conception, and Anna and Virgin Mary: Type, Foetus -- Clouds are parted to reveal God, wearing tiara (?), with hands raised, sending rays of light down toward half-figure of infant Virgin Mary, nude, with joined hands raised, emanating rays, within womb of Anna, nimbed, wearing wimpled veil, seated on low wall holding in lap open book with pseudo-inscription. In background, Joachim (?) stands in yard of house beside peacock and cat. Scene in landscape with trees, house, and distant buildings on hill.
