Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, cross-nimbed, crowned with thorns, eyes closed, head inclined, in loin cloth, is affixed with three nails to cross with titulus inscribed INRI. At left is Virgin Mary, nimbed, veiled, with hands clasped. Behind her is Evangelist John, nimbed, extending left hand. At right is Longinus of Jerusalem (Centurion) (?), mounted on horse, wearing armor, holding lance in right hand. Behind him are soldiers, wearing armor, holding spears. Scene in landscape setting.
Scene within architectural frame, decorated with putti holding garland. At bottom is escutcheon, within which is initial E.
