Christ: Baptism -- John Baptist, nimbed, holding staff with right hand, raises object with left hand over head of Christ, crossed (?) nimbus, joined hands raised, wearing short loin cloth. Two angels, nimbed, one with joined hands, the other with garment hanging on left arm, stand at right. All within initial D decorated with foliate ornament.
In upper left margin, bust of woman; in lower left margin bust of man wearing hat, looking upward. Each enclosed in medallion surrounded by floreate ornament and gold balls.
Beginning of collect in first Vespers on 01.13, Octave of Epiphany.
