Christ: Entry into Jerusalem -- Christ, nimbed, followed by apostles, including Peter and Evangelist John, all nimbed, is seated astride ass trodding on garment grasped by man. Three youths and crowd of figures standing within city gates of Jerusalem look on. Youth in tree extends right arm toward Christ.
In background is landscape with buildings.
Miniature and text framed by architectural border.
Initial I decorated with foliate ornament begins Passion according to Matthew.
