Evangelist, Luke: painting Virgin Mary -- Luke, nimbed, wearing hat, possibly holding brush or pen in right hand, sits on bench at draped desk on which is arched panel painting of half figure of veiled, nimbed Virgin Mary. To right at portal is recumbent symbol of Luke (ox). Scene in room with carved wooden paneling, with landscape visible through arched dooway.
Right margin has floreate ornament.
