Magi: Adoration -- Eldest magus, kneeling, holding crown in left hand and chalice in right hand, looks up at Virgin Mary, nimbed, crowned, seated on bench and Christ Child, cross-nimbed, seated on Virgin's lap, right hand raised in blessing, left hand touching the chalice. Behind the eldest magus, stand two magi, both crowned and pointing with right hands.
Scene against patterned background in barbed quatrefoil.
In lower margin (bas-de-page), sphinx stares across hillock at dog with open mouth.
In margins, foliate extensions inhabited by birds.
