Christ: before Pilate -- Jew, wearing pointed hat, and soldier, in chain mail and holding halberd, present Christ, cross-nimbed, hands bound and crossed, to Pilate, crowned, seated on bench, raising right hand, pointing, and holding scepter in left hand. Devil whispers in Pilate's right ear.
