New Testament:
Christ: bearing Cross -- Christ, nimbed, wearing crown of thorns, carries cross on His back, grasping arms of cross with raised hands. One of two soldiers, holding spear with right hand, grasps with left hand, arm of the cross, kneeling on the upright of the cross on back of Christ. The second soldier raising both arms, holds club to crown of thorns on head of Christ. Man wearing hat, trousers possibly open at back, walks backward in front of Christ, raising right arm as if to strike Him. At left, emerging from city gate one of two women, probably Virgin Mary, veiled, holds draped hand to face; the other, veiled with wimple, stands beside her.

Prophets:
At left, half-figure of Isaiah, indicating with right hand scroll held in left hand with inscription FACTUS EST PRINCIPATUS SUPER HUMERUM EIUS (Isaiah 9:6) continued with German commentary; below, Jeremiah holding with both hands scroll with inscription cited as Jeremiah 1.

Old Testament:
1) Abraham: sacrificing Isaac (Isaac carrying wood) -- Isaac, carrying on his back bundle of fagots with strap over each shoulder, walks behind Abraham, carrying sword with right hand, indicating with left hand, looking back over right shoulder toward Isaac.

2) Elijah: meeting Widow of Zarephath -- Elijah, wearing soft, peaked hat, stands gesturing with right hand and looking toward widow of Zarephath, veiled with wimple, supporting bundle of fagots with right hand and with left hand, holding basket of fagots.
