In right panel of vignette in lower margin is man, wearing hat, holding fishing rod in right hand and placing fish in basket with left hand, kneeling on ground beside pond in which swim four fish, including one caught on fishing line. In background are trees (Month, Occupation: February).
Left margin decorated with foliate ornament.
Miniature and ornament executed in grisaille and gold tones with color accents.
