Floreate and vinescroll ornament in margins. At bottom center is escutcheon with variation on Cheyney arms (quarterly 1 and 4: gules a fess dancetty or, six quatrefoils in chief and in base or; 2 and 3: argent and sable, fusils in bend gules) impaled with unidentified arms (argent a bend sable).
