Miniature, column, right: Severinus of Cologne, nimbed, mitered, wearing bishop’s vestments fastened with morse, with draped right hand holding open book and with gloved left hand holding crozier, flanked by four kneeling angels, the foremost two gesturing. In background right, altar (partly visible) draped with cross-inscribed cloth. Figures beneath arches in room with five arched windows, four decorated with portrait busts, relief of figures on far wall, and tiled floor.
