David: communicating with God -- Half-figure of God, rays as nimbus, with right hand in gesture of blessing, and holding in left hand cross-surmounted globe, is within rayed arc of heaven, surrounded by angels. Below is David, crowned, kneeling, with hands raised. At left is desk, upon which is harp, open book, and closed book. Behind David is throne. Scene is in front of wall, behind which is landscape with buildings.
David: commanding Uriah and David and Bathsheba: Bathsheba bathing -- In lower margin is David, crowned, seated on throne, with hands extended toward Uriah the Hittite, wearing armor with spurs, kneeling on one knee.
At right is man holding trumpet (?), behind David, crowned, with hands extended toward window of vaulted room, within which is female servant holding mirror. Beside her is Bathsheba, in barrel.
Margins are decorated with floreate border, including roses and grapevines.
