Two initials O, one enclosing heraldry of either Burgundy or Eu (azure semy of billets and a lion rampant or), the other enclosing heraldry of France (ancient: azure semy of fleur-de-lis or).
Margins decorated with rectilinear bars from which sprout vines inhabited by bird, possibly woodpecker; vine terminating with winged dragon.
