Initial M, decorated with foliate ornament, entwined with fantastic animal on which stands male musicial blowing trumpet.
Line ending: two men combatting with swords and shields.
Line ending: three escutcheons, the first Boisleux, the second gules, a cross argent, and the third gules, a bordure argent.
Line ending: two men, one nude, in jaws of fantastic animal, and the other armed with heraldic shield of Boisleux, both fighting with spears and shields (Burlesque: Fighting).
Line endings: geometric and foliate ornament.
In lower margin below last line of text block, fantastic animal wrapped around word, "inanes ", of Luke 1:53.
