Bust of Nicholas of Myra, nimbed, wearing miter and cope, three gold balls before him, within initial D decorated with foliate ornament.
In lower margin, medallion enclosing bust of man, possibly prophet wearing hat, holding with right hand, scroll with pseudo-inscription. Medallion surrounded by flowers and gold balls.
Beginning of collect for first Vespers on 12.06, feast of Nicholas of Myra.
