Bust of Agnes of Rome, nimbed, holding lamb within initial O decorated with foliate ornament.
In upper margin, bust of God, nimbed, raising right hand in blessing, enclosed in medallion flanked by two putti grasping vines amid gold balls and flowers. In lower margin, medallion enclosing rabbit, surrounded by gold balls. Medallions linked by red band with gold foliate ornament in center margin.
Text is collect for first Vespers on 01.21, feast of Agnes of Rome.
