Initial Q decorated with diapered infilling and adjoined by ascender of fantastic animal, and descender of fantastic animal biting the initial and with tail of foliate tendrils, at beginning of Hymn, Quem terra..
Line ending: two men combatting with spears and shields, one with heraldry of Neuville-Vitasse, both flanked by two escutcheons, one vert, a fess argent, and the other Boisleux.
Line ending: three fantastic animals, two swallowing the third in center.
Line endings: foliate ornament.
